Strength:  As many rounds a possible in 20 minutes:

8 Over head squat 75lb

10 Clap Push Up

10 Knees to elbows

 

Swim: 6x20m underwater 45sec rest

400 easy, long technique strokes

 

Run: 4 miles 60%
