200m rest walk
then:
Every waking hour conduct 2 min front leaning rest

PM
Power Clean + Push Jerk 4 x 3, not tng @ 70%, :90 rest
Then:
Front Squat 3 x 3 @ 75%, :90 rest
Then:
100 Single Arm DB Thrusters (50 each) 50/35
*EMOM 3/2 BMU (start w/ BMU)
