30 ring rows

PM
12 EMOM:
1 Snatch (4 @ 70%, 4 @ 75%, 4 @ 80%)
Then:
Back Squat 3 x 5 @ 70%, 50X1 on first rep of each set
Then:
16 AMRAP
200m run
3 wtd pull ups 25/10
5 Thrusters  135/95
