Set 5: Push Press 45/35
Set 6: Knees To Chest
Set 7: Bent Over Row 45/35
Set 8: Ab Mat Sit Ups
Set 9: AB For Cals
Set 10: Squat Jumps 45/35
*Rest :60 between each set, record total reps.
