3 x 10 Single Leg Barbell Deadlift, light weight, rest as required
Then:

1 min ME Front Squat 95/65
2 min rest
1 min ME Shoulder to overhead 95/65
2 min rest
1 min ME Thruster 95/65
3 min rest
