10 Banded Straight Arm Lat Pull Downs
10 Banded Face Pulls
10 Banded Up Right Row

Then:
Death By Sets:
Set 1: Ski Erg (start @ 5/3 Cals, add 1 cal each minute, until failure)
Set 2: Suicide Sprint 10m course (add 10m each minute, until failure)
Set 3: DU (start @ 5 DU, add 5 DU each minute until failure
*rest 5 min between each set
