Then:
100 push ups w/ 25# vest, AFAP

Deadlift 3 x 3, start at 80% and climb, 3 min rest
Then:
400m run

400m run
15 KBS
15 C2B
400m run
10 KBS
10 C2B
400m run
5 KBS
5 C2B
Then:
3 x ME L-sit on the rig, rest as required
