Individual Program Design

Individual Program Design is the single most effective and proven way to reach your exact fitness goals.

We offer 100% custom program design to select candidates, actively preparing for SOF selection. Our coaches will conduct a consultation, baseline testing, create and monitor your custom training template.

We have candidates all around the world who we remotely program for and a unrivaled success rate of over 70% (compared to the normal 10-30%). We use Fitbot, the leader in online interactive programming, to post your custom training, monitor results, ask questions, Skype, upload and analyze video.

SOF WODs Academy

SOF WODS ACADEMY IS A 3 DAY, ALL INCLUSIVE, EVOLUTION TO EVOLUTION, RECREATION OF THE SPECIAL OPERATIONS SELECTION PROCESS; CULMINATING WITH A 24 HOUR ETD (EXTENDED TRAINING DAY). OUR HQ LOCATION IN ASHEVILLE, NC FUNCTIONS AS OUR HOST FACILITY, ALLOWING FOR AN UNPARALLELED TRAINING ENVIRONMENT. THIS ONE OF A KIND COURSE, DESIGNED AND INSTRUCTED BY CURRENT/PRIOR SOF OPERATORS, WILL PUSH ANY ATHLETE TO THEIR LIMITS, WHILE EDUCATING THEM ABOUT THE RIGORS OF MILITARY SELECTION COURSES, THE SCIENCE OF PROPER PROGRAMMING AND MENTAL FORTITUDE.

Fundamentals

SCCF Fundamentals Program, instructed by Certified CrossFit Coaches, is an introduction to CrossFit and a Functional Movements Screen. The Fundamentals Classes are intended to introduce you to the major movements used in CrossFit, screen for pre-existing injuries, mobility or flexibility restrictions, assess your current fitness level and ensure proper technique and safety.

Group Classes

Our Group Classes at South Charlotte CrossFit are designed to be… safe, progressive, interactive, challenging and fun, all while cultivating your highest level of fitness through planned variation.  At SCCF we pride ourselves on being a comprehensive coaching facility, thusly, classes are capped at a maximum of 20 athletes and we strive to maintain a 1:8 or greater, coach to athlete ratio.
