The SOF WODs Operator Series is designed by current and prior operators to ensure our brothers on the battlefield have the explosive power, functional strength, speed, stamina and systemic durability required to successfully execute our demanding missions quickly and efficiently.

It is not uncommon for us to shoulder 100lb rucks with full kit and combat load, conduct overland or amphibious operations through non-permissive environments, only to arrive at the fight.

These unique and demanding operational and training requirements call for a rigorous and dynamic training regimen. The Operator Series takes functional strength and conditioning to the next tier and follows a 3 on, 1 off cycle to allow for job specific training and optimal recovery.  This is, and always will be, a FREE resource.
