ME sit ups 3 min 3 min rest

ME pull ups 2 min

Then:

Deadlift 3-3-2-2-1-1, 80% climbing

Then: SL KB DL 4×5 (each)

Then: 12x 100m sprint 8 squat jumps 25/15 *:60 rest
